VICON V16 Rollformer Produces custom forms and profiles

This 16 station, 32 spindle rollformer is built to run special shapes that you require. Our rollform tooling engineers will design tooling to meet your requirements. The VICON V16 can be tooled in the center between the spindle bearing frames and/or outboard of them on the spindle extensions. Tooling on these machines are machined to the tightest tolerances, then they are chromed and polished. Depending on the shape and size of your part the V16 can accommodate as many as four rollform profiles.
